Schoxxi is a gluten-free cocoa containing product - in the manner of a chocolate. 
  • Schoxxi is finely melting and tastes yummy chocolaty.
  • Schoxxi - with minmum 48 % of cocoa solids. Schoxxi lucky pigs contain min. 46 % of cocoa solids and are decorated with approx. 2 g of white chocolate.
  • Schoxxi ist gluten-free, lactose-free* and low in protein (*Schoxxi Mini-bar Knister contains lactose)
  • Schoxxi is available as a classic bar at 100 g, in "mini bar" at 60 g or in "Taler" (coin) shape in a transparent plastic beaker at 180 g, as lucky pigs at 20 g and in seasonal varieties

 Tips for preparation

Melting Schoxxi

  • Chop Schoxxi to very fine pieces.
  • Melt Schoxxi slowly in a pot or a stainless steel bowl in a water bath at low heat (max. 50 °C) and with constantly stirring.
  • Please avoid water dripping into the chocolate mass. This would create lumps.

Decorating with Schoxxi

    Schoxxi figures
  • Melt Schoxxi (see above) and pour into suitable moulds.
  • Allow to set and remove carefully from the mould
  • For moulds you can use for example the plastic mould of an advent calender (don't forget during next Christmas season)!
    Schoxxi curls
  • Melt Schoxxi and pour onto a marble plate or glass plate.
  • Spread with a palette knife to a base of approx. 1/2 cm thickness and allow to set.
  • Scrape thin layers of Schoxxi with a scraper.
    Ornaments with Schoxxi
  • Hackle Schoxxi coarsely, put into a small freezer bag and seal tightly.
  • Put in a water bath and melt Schoxxi slowly.
  • Cut a small piece from the edge of the bag and decorate pastry or cake, e.g. with a lattice pattern.
  • You can also put any given subjects (e.g. flowers, hearts, etc.) underneath a baking paper. "Copy" the subjects with the liquid chocolate and allow to set. Remove the solidified chocolate pieces carefully from the paper with a knife and decorate the pastry.
