- low protein Couscous substitute based on starch
- only 3 mg Phenylalanin per 100 g cooked product
- bag with 500 g
- recipe booklet "CousCous" (in German presently) is avaiable for free (see Rezeptesammlung)
- basic preparation: bring to the boil 500 ml of water. Stir in 100 g CousCous and let boil for 5 minutes. Pour into a sieve and let drain.
