of 3 Crêpes
- Put 60 g Crêpes-Mixx into a mixing bowl,
- slowly add 200 ml Harifen-Drink and mix into a smooth batter with an electric whisk at the lowest power setting.
- Then add 10 g melted butter, mix and leave the batter to rest for 30 minutes.
- Fill a small, thin layer of the batter onto a Crêpes-Maker or into a greased frying pan (low temperature) and cook on both sides until crêpes are the desired brown.
- Ready!
