 Cooking instructions

The varying shapes and thicknesses of the noodles affect the required cooking time significantly.
For "al dente" cooking, we strongly recommend to stick to the following cooking times:

  • Spaghetti 8 - 10 minutes
  • Spirelli 8 - 10 minutes
  • Muscheln 16 - 18 minutes
  • Reis 8 - 10 minutes

Take 1 litre of salted water for each 100 g noodles. Always keep the water boiling, otherwise the noodles will take more time until ready.
