Low protein, starch-based mixture for cooking and baking

  • 100 g baking mix contain only 15 mg phenylalanine 
  • the baking mix is enriched with vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6 and folic acid) and iron
  • glutenfree, free of lactose
  • single pack at 500 g or in a cardboard box with 9 x 500 g 
  • different recipe booklets are available free of charge, e.g. „Brotrezepte-eiweißarm“ (see Rezeptesammlung  
    - at present only available in German language
  • the baking mix can be ordered from the Webshop

Glutenfree wheat starch, sugar, thickeners (guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate), mineral (iron), vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid).

 Recipe Special Bread
1     pack Semper Backmix
450 ml lukewarm water
50   ml oil
25   g fresh yeast
1/2  teaspoon salt
  • dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
  • add oil, salt and Semper Mix and work up into a smooth dough.
  • put the dough into a greased loaf tin (approx. 1,5 l), cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  • bake in a pre-heated oven at 225 °C for about 35 minutes.
