Dosage and directions for use

The total daily amount of a protein supplement depends on age, body weight and individual metabolic status and is determined under medical supervision. The daily quantity of a protein supplement should be taken in 3 - 5 single portions during the day. The daily dose of amino acid mixture may consist either exclusively of XPhe smart A or of a combination of several amino acid mixtures suitable for the dietary management of PKU or HPA.

 Preparation
  • Gel (Size XS)
    stir content of 1 portion sachet (29 g) into 25 ml of still water and take with a spoon.
  • Drink (Size S)
    stir content of 1 portion sachet (29 g) into 50 ml of still water and drink or take with a spoon.
  • Shake (Size M)
    give content of 1 portion sachet (29 g) into a shaker filled with 75 ml of still water, shake and drink.
  • Shake (Size L/XL)- conventional use  
    give content of 1 portion sachet (29 g) into a shaker filled with 100  ml (or more) still water, shake and drink.
