A diet plan should determine the daily amount of BiCal, taking into account the individual’s energy and fat requirements. Ideally, the daily amount is divided into several individual servings.

Use only under medical supervision. Not intended as the sole source of nutrition. For use only in individuals 1 year of age and older with energy malnutrition due to illness. Do not use parenterally. BiCal contains readily available carbohydrates. In cases of impaired glucose tolerance, use only under careful metabolic monitoring.
