ZeroLys Infant MixLCP is a Lysine (Lys)-free, tryptophan-reduced and arginine-enriched protein supplement in powder form for infants from birth onwards – fortified with vitamins, minerals and trace elements according to need and age.

Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) for use in the dietary management of glutaric aciduria type I.

  • with carbohydrates (mainly lactose) and fat
  • like human breast milk enriched with LCP-fatty acids
  • packed in a tin
  • 11 g protein equivalent per 100 g

The dosage according to requirements is determined by the doctor and redefined at regular intervals after a medical check-up. It is based on the infant’s age, weight, protein requirements and individual protein tolerance. A diet plan determines the daily amount of ZeroLys Infant MixLCP and the other foods, such as breast milk, formula or low-protein complementary foods. The daily amount of ZeroLys Infant MixLCP is divided into 3 – 5 servings and given in the form of a bottle or porridge. The diet requires a needs-based supply of energy, natural protein and other nutrients.

Must only be used under medical supervision. Not for use as a sole source of nutrition. For enteral use only. Only for infants with proven Glutaric Aciduria Type I.
