Food for special medical purposes (balanced diet) for diet management in rare congenital metabolic disorders, e.g. homocystinuria, when supplementation with L-leucine is required.

The daily dose depends on age, body weight and the individual metabolic situation and, like the time of intake, is determined under medical supervision. The powder should be taken with other foods and, if necessary, in addition to the usual amino acid/protein supplement. Cystine can be combined well with ZeroMetproducts.

Must only be used under medical supervision. Not for use as a sole source of nutrition. For enteral use only. Only for people with rare congenital metabolic disorders, e.g. homocystinuria. Not suitable for infants in the first year of life.
