Glycine is highly concentrated glycine in powder form.

Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) for use in the dietary management of rare metabolic disorders, e.g. sovaleric Acidemia (IVA), Serine Deficiency Disorders or Creatine Transporter Deficiency (CRTR-D), when supplementation with glycine is indicated.

The daily dose depends on age, body weight and the individual metabolic situation and, like the time of intake, is determined under medical supervision. The powder should be taken with other foods and, if necessary, in addition to the usual amino acid/protein supplement. Glycine can be combined well with ZeroLeu products.

Must only be used under medical supervision. Not for use as a sole source of nutrition. For enteral use only. Only for people with rare metabolic disorders, e.g. IVA, Serine Deficiency Disorders or CRTR-D. Not suitable for infants in the first year of life.
