ZeroVIL Piccos are a highly concentrated protein supplement free of valine, isoleucine and leucine (VIL) in the form of very small tablets/pellets – from the age of 3 – enriched with vitamins, minerals and trace elements. ZeroVIL Piccos are characterized by a prolonged release of the amino acids – Slow Release.

Food for special medical purposes (FSMP) for use in the dietary management of disorders in the metabolism of branched-chain amino acids, e.g. maple syrup urine disease (MSUD).

The total daily amount of amino acid mixture depends on age, body weight and the individual metabolic situation and is determined under medical supervision It is best to take the daily amount in 3 – 5 portions ZeroVIL Piccos can be combined with the other products in the ZeroVIL system. The diet requires a needs-based intake of energy, natural protein and other nutrients.
