XPhe minis are a highly concentrated phenylalanine-free protein supplement in tablet form for ages 7 and up – enriched with vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) for use in the dietary management of Phenylketonuria (PKU) or Hyperphenylalaninemia (HPA).

The total daily amount of amino acid mixture depends on age, body weight and the individual metabolic situation and is determined under medical supervision. It is best to take the daily amount in 3 – 5 portions. The daily dose of amino acid mixture can consist either exclusively of XPhe minis or of a combination of several amino acid mixtures suitable for diet management in PKU/HPA. The PKU diet requires a needs-based intake of energy, natural protein and other nutrients.

Must only be used under medical supervision. Not for use as a sole source of nutrition. For enteral use only. Only for people with proven Phenylketonuria (PKU) or Hyperphenylalaninemia (HPA). Suitable from 7 years.
