nephea, nephea^HD and nephea^AS12 are fully balanced liquid and tube feeds for infants and children for use in the dietary management of Pre-End-Stage Renal Disease (Pre-ESRD) or other conditions of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). nephea^HD has a higher potassium and phosphorus content than nephea. nephea and nephea^HD can also be combined individually – depending on the stage of CKD. nephea^AS12 Infant is especially suitable for infants/children with CKD and a simultaneous allergy to cow’s milk, hen’s egg or wheat protein.
