XPhe LNAA minis are a highly concentrated, phenylalanine-free protein supplement in tablet form for adults 18 and older—enriched with a high content of large neutral amino acids (LNAAs).

Food for Special Medical Purposes (FSMP) for use in the dietary management of Phenylketonuria (PKU) or Hyperphenylalaninemia (HPA).

The total daily amount of amino acid mixture depends on age, body weight, and individual metabolic needs, and is determined under medical supervision. It is best to divide the daily amount into 3 servings throughout the day. The diet with XPhe LNAA minis can be supplemented with other amino acid blends from the XPhe product line if protein intake from the diet alone is insufficient. The PKU diet requires an adequate intake of energy, natural protein, other nutrients, and water.
